Only a few days left until the start of the European U19 Boxing Championships, which could be a record-breaking event based on the number of participating nations and athletes.

The European U19 Boxing Championships for the female and male boxers will take place in the city of Loznica between August 11 and 22. The arrival day for the competition is August 11, the first competition day is August 13 while the finals will take place on August 21.

Serbia hosted the 2024 edition of the European Elite Boxing Championships in Belgrade and their National Federation has the experience to organize top competitions in our continent including the Belgrade Winner Tournament, the Golden Gloves of Vojvodina, the Nations Junior Cup, the Golden Gloves Tournament and others.

Altogether 10 women and 10 men boxers will earn the titles of the European U19 Boxing Championships in Loznica where the event will be broadcasted live to make full transparency.

The city of Loznica is located near to the Bosnian & Herzegovian border in the Western part of Serbia and its picturesque landscape will guarantee the fantastic atmosphere during the European U19 Boxing Championships in the upcoming days.

The President of European Boxing, Mr. Lars Brovil, the Chairman of the Secretary General of European Boxing, Mr. Martin Volke and the President of the Serbian Boxing Federation, Mr. Nenad Borovcanin signed the official contract of the upcoming European U19 Boxing Championships in Belgrade on May.

The management of the European Boxing will organize five continental events between August 11 and November 26 this year and the Loznica event will be the first on this busy competition order.

The calendar of events is very busy for the U19 boxers this year with the World Boxing Future Cup, the World Boxing U19 Championships, and the Youth Olympic Games, but the new edition of the European U19 Boxing Championships would support the continent’s boxers to develop.

The city of Ostrava hosted the last edition of the European U19 Boxing Championships on October 2025 which was a historic milestone for European Boxing. England won the medal standings in Ostrava ahead of Georgia, Turkey, France, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, Azerbaijan, Greece and Czechia.
